Naren Agrawal

Dean, Leavey School of Business

Naren Agrawal

Naren Agrawal is the Benjamin and Mae Swig Professor of Information Systems and Analytics at the Leavey School of Business, where he has been a member of the faculty since 1992. His academic work focuses on supply chain management, service operations, and analytics, including applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning in operations and decision-making. He is currently the interim dean of the Leavey School of Business, having previously served in this role from July 2020 to June 2021.

Donald Heider

Executive Director, Markkula Center for Applied Ethics

Donald Heider

Don Heider is the chief executive of the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics at Â鶹ŮÀÉ with responsibility for vision, strategy, fundraising, and leadership. In addition to his role as executive director, Heider serves as the John Courtney Murray, S.J. University Professor of Social Ethics and holds an appointment as a tenured Full Professor in the Department of Communication.

Brigit Helms

Executive Director, Miller Center for Global Impact

Brigit Helms is the executive director of the Miller Center for Global Impact with responsibility for the vision, strategy, fundraising, and leadership of the Center. As a Â鶹ŮÀÉ alumna, Helms is a veteran leader in global development, financial and economic inclusion, economic policy, and social entrepreneurship.

Michael J. Kaufman

Dean, School of Law

Michael J. Kaufman is the dean of Â鶹ŮÀÉ's School of Law. Prior to joining SCU, he served as dean of Loyola University Chicago School of Law and as associate dean for academic affairs.

Eva Blanco Masias

Eva Blanco Masias

Eva Blanco Masias is responsible for setting and leading the strategic direction of all admission and recruitment efforts for first-year and transfer students, including oversight of all technical and marketing initiatives.

Toby McChesney

Vice Provost for Graduate Programs

Toby McChesney

Toby McChesney is the Vice Provost for Graduate Programs for Â鶹ŮÀÉ and has served in this role since July 2021. He oversees recruiting, marketing, branding, new program development for the graduate programs in the Leavey School of Business, School of Engineering, School of Education Counseling & Psychology, School of Law and the Jesuit School of Theology.

Agbonkhianmeghe Orobator, S.J.

An esteemed Jesuit theologian, speaker, and leader, Agbonkhianmeghe E. Orobator, S.J., STL ’98, Hon. ’12, serves as the dean of the Jesuit School of Theology. Prior to his appointment as dean, he was the president of the Jesuit Conference of Africa and Madagascar, responsible for leading the inter-provincial mission of the Society of Jesus in the region.

Versed in bringing together scholars from disparate disciplines, Daniel Press creates innovative interdisciplinary collaborations among the faculty. His experience in both leading and serving positions him to expand upon the vision of the College and to engage faculty and staff in achieving its goals.

Jeanne Rosenberger

Jeanne Rosenberger provides leadership in developing innovative co-curricular programs and student support services that respond to student needs and campus issues related to student life outside the classroom.

Ed Ryan

Vice Provost for Planning and Institutional Effectiveness

Ed Ryan

Ed Ryan works with the College and schools on issues related to enrollment planning, faculty human resource planning, educational environment planning, strategic planning, and institutional effectiveness. He also supervises the Offices of Assessment, Institutional Research, and the Registrar, and serves as the Accreditation Liaison Officer to the WASC Senior College and University Commission.

Kendra V. Sharp

Kendra V. Sharp

Kendra V. Sharp joined Santa Cara University as Dean of the School of Engineering in April 2025. Prior to her appointment at Santa Clara, she served as the office head of the National Science Foundation’s (NSF) Office of International Science and Engineering.

Korin Wheeler

Korin Wheeler

Korin works with the College and Schools in the development of programs and services to support the academic mission of the University. Korin oversees undergraduate and graduate studies; as well as faculty development, the university library, the career center, and the de Saisset Museum.

Sabrina Zirkel is a well-established scholar who studies race, ethnicity, gender, and class across all sectors of education. Prior to SCU, she served as Associate Dean in the School of Education at Mills College.

Eric provides oversight to the programs and services the Office of Research provides. He is responsible for the allocation of resources, the development and execution of research initiatives, and the overall support of our scholars.

Susan  Popko

Vice Provost for International Programs

Susan Popko

Susan Popko is Associate Provost for International Programs at Â鶹ŮÀÉ. She has over 25 years of experience working in international affairs and joined Â鶹ŮÀÉ in July 2011 as the founding chief international officer.  She works with faculty and staff in departments across the University on global initiatives, partnerships, global learning, global health, safety and risk and international enrollment strategy.
